About Brunday

Brunday is a toolbox of small, focused web tools. Each one does a single job well: clean up text, convert a format, count something. There are currently 4tools, and more are on the way.

How it works

Every tool is a small piece of code that runs inside your browser. When you paste text into a tool, the work happens on your device. Nothing is sent to a server, so there is no upload to wait for and nothing to be stored or read by anyone else. You can even use the tools with your internet connection switched off once a page has loaded.

Why it is free

The site is static, which makes it very cheap to host. The plan is to keep the tools free and cover costs with a small number of ads in the future. Ads will never affect what a tool does with your text, and there is no account, subscription or paid tier.
